Compare money in and money out


Overview

The Income vs Expense report shows your total income against total expenses, revealing whether you're saving or spending more than you earn.


Running the Report

  1. Go to ReportsIncome vs Expense
  2. Set date range
  3. Choose Personal / Business / Both to filter which transactions to include
  4. Click Run

Personal / Business Filter

Use the Personal / Business / Both toggle to view personal finances, business finances, or your combined picture. Helpful for freelancers tracking income and expenses from multiple sources in one file.


Exporting & Printing

Use the Export button to save the report as PDF or CSV. Select Print Preview to review the layout before sending to a printer.
